Chicken Breast Stuffed with Chilli Jam

This is fairly easy to do and so tasty!

1 large chicken breast

Chilli jam

Camembert cheese


Egg wash

plain flour

Cut a pocket in the chicken breast, fill with camembert and a couple of spoons of chilli jam. Close pocket securely with a bit of egg wash (or toothpicks), dust with flour, coat with egg wash, and finally roll in breadcrumbs. Brown on all sides in melted butter and oil in frying pan, transfer to a tray in a moderate oven Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
